Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for eligible items returned within 7-10 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories.

2. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your payment method:

• UPI/Bank Transfer: 1-3 business days
• Credit/Debit Cards: 3-7 business days
• Net Banking: 2-5 business days

3. Refund Amount

The refund amount includes the product price and applicable taxes. Shipping charges are refundable only if the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item delivered).

4. Refund Methods

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not offer refunds in cash or store credit unless specifically requested and approved.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for items that are returned in used condition, missing accessories, or show signs of wear beyond normal inspection.

6. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Items returned after the 7-10 day return window
• Items damaged due to customer misuse
• Change of mind after 48 hours of delivery
• Items without original packaging or tags
